Work with Potentia

Bring an opportunity to the table

Three structured channels through which counterparties bring opportunities to Potentia. We state our criteria, you apply, we decide. Submissions are assessed against our criteria and we respond to those we elect to pursue.

Acquisition mandate

What we are looking for

Indicative filters, refined in review. Geographies: Sydney and regional NSW growth corridors. Scale: residential subdivision and infill, single sites through to larger holdings. Use and zoning: residential and mixed use, including rezoning and uplift opportunities. Structures: acquisition, joint venture, development agreement and option. Ranges shown are placeholders pending confirmation.

Acquire

Introduce a site

We acquire. Introduce a site that meets the mandate and, if Potentia transacts, the introducer is remunerated under a written introducer agreement on terms agreed at review. We do not publish fee amounts and do not promise payment for submissions; remuneration attaches only to completed transactions.

Thank you. Your submission has been received and will be assessed against our criteria. We respond to those we elect to pursue. You can also reach us at projects@potentiagroup.com.au.

Joint ventures and co-investment

Partner

Propose a partnership

For landowners and developers seeking Potentia as a partner: land as equity joint ventures, co-investment alongside Potentia, or our capital and expertise into a third party project. We partner selectively and respond quickly on whether a proposal meets our criteria.

Thank you. Your submission has been received and will be assessed against our criteria. We respond to those we elect to pursue. You can also reach us at projects@potentiagroup.com.au.

Keep your land

Development agreements and options

Structure

Explore a structure

For landowners who do not wish to sell today: development agreements, option structures, and put and call arrangements where Potentia carries planning and delivery risk and you participate in the uplift. Realise your land's value without selling it.

Thank you. Your submission has been received and will be assessed against our criteria. We respond to those we elect to pursue. You can also reach us at projects@potentiagroup.com.au.

Introducer remuneration attaches only to completed transactions under a written agreement on terms agreed at review. In NSW, recovering a fee for introducing parties to a property transaction can engage licensing requirements under the Property and Stock Agents Act; arrangements are confirmed with our advisers before they proceed.
