Potentia Group is a Sydney based property development and investment house. We lead with development and capital, supported by civil engineering and construction delivery credibility.
Who we are
Selective by design
Potentia develops on its own account, delivers for a select number of partners, and admits a limited number of investors to the same pipeline. The civil engineering and construction expertise is the delivery engine underneath the brand, not the headline. We act as principal first, extend our consulting capability to a few approved mandates, and admit investors by application, on approval, with minimum commitments met. The standard is stated; the right counterparties apply.
