How Potentia takes a site from acquisition through feasibility, planning, delivery and exit, in the same engineering led language that runs through everything we do.
Acquisition
Disciplined site selection against a clear mandate. We assess location, planning context, services, and the deal structure, whether acquisition, joint venture, development agreement or option.
Feasibility
Feasibility that holds: yield, cost, programme and risk tested before commitment. Numbers are stress tested, not optimistic.
Planning, DA and CC
Planning strategy through rezoning where there is uplift, development application and construction certificate, managed end to end with consultants and authorities.
Delivery
Civil and construction delivery overseen by the team that delivers our own projects: Superintendent services, programme and cost control, and quality oversight.
Exit
Registration, settlement and exit, or a hold strategy that retains income producing lots, depending on the project thesis.
