A 78 lot residential subdivision on 4.823 hectares in the South West Growth Area, delivering roughly 1,132 linear metres of new road across three internal streets. Feasibility complete, development application in preparation, with a hold strategy retaining dual income lots through registration.
DeliverSouth Bowenfels, NSW
A staged residential subdivision on the Great Western Highway at Marrangaroo and South Bowenfels, delivered design and construct. Development approval and construction certificate secured; under construction right now.
ManageNorth Sydney, NSW
Development management of the ISKCON Temple: a three storey sandstone temple with carved domes, carrying a complex city fringe approval toward delivery on behalf of the owner. Built form matched to the approved development application.
